1. Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • Your order is incomplete.

  • The product is defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share your Order ID.

  • Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.

  • Keep the product in its original packaging until your request is reviewed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement

  • A full refund

  • Store credit (where applicable)

The resolution will be provided at no additional cost to you.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Product lost during transit

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Product unavailable after payment

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Minor variations that naturally occur in handcrafted products

  • Allergic reactions resulting from individual skin sensitivities

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Orders refused at delivery without a valid reason

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to reflect.

6. Replacement Policy

Approved replacement orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An equivalent product

  • Store credit

  • A full refund

7. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Cold Process Soaps

  • Melt & Pour Soaps

  • Shower Gels

  • Body Butters

  • Lip Balms

  • Face Packs

  • Scrubs

  • Gift Boxes

  • Customized or Personalized Products

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or incorrect)

8. Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients.

Because of this, slight variations in:

  • Color

  • Texture

  • Shape

  • Weight

  • Fragrance

are completely normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

9. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Every person's skin is unique.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

MeadowMist Naturals cannot provide refunds or replacements for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from individual usage.

Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing.

10. Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the customer may be responsible for applicable re-shipping charges.
