1. Order Processing

All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During product launches, festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are 2–5 business days for Metro Cities, 3–7 business days for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities, and 5–10 business days for Remote and Rural Areas. These delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, and other operational factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. We may offer free shipping on selected products or on orders above a specified value as part of promotional offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS, along with a tracking number and courier partner details where applicable. You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, courier network disruptions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. MeadowMist Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services; however, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues whenever reasonably possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate when placing your order. MeadowMist Naturals is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please avoid accepting the package where possible, take clear photographs of the package, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the attempted delivery. Please include your Order ID and supporting photographs when contacting us. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or logistics requirements. If this happens, you will be informed, and each shipment may have its own tracking information.

10. Lost Shipments

If your shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, we will review and verify the issue. After verification, we may send a replacement, subject to product availability, or issue a full refund where applicable.

11. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding eligible refunds or replacements.
